Amendments and cancellation terms: Changes or cancellations to bookings may be made up to 2pm (local time), 48 hrs before the date of arrival, by e-mail or fax only.
If the booking has been made on our website www.hotel-rohan.com, any change or modification must be made in the same way, by clicking on “amend or cancel a reservation”.
After this 48-hr period, the total amount of the first night's stay will be billed and collected as the cancellation charge, no refund is possible.
Pre-paid bookings cannot be amended and/or cancelled. Advance payments made as deposits will not be refunded. This is noted in the conditions of sale for the room rate.
