Amendments and cancellation terms

Changes or cancellations to bookings may be made up to 2pm (local time), 48 hrs before the date of arrival, by e-mail or fax only.

If the booking has been made on our website, any change or modification must be made in the same way, by clicking on “amend or cancel a reservation”.

After this 48-hr period, the total amount of the first night’s stay will be billed and collected as the cancellation charge, no refund is possible.

Pre-paid bookings cannot be amended and/or cancelled. Advance payments made as deposits will not be refunded. This is noted in the conditions of sale for the room rate.

In the event of a no-show (booking not cancelled – guest does not arrive) for a booking guaranteed by bank card, the hotel will charge the customer, as compensation, for the total amount of the first night, taken from the bank card provided to guarantee the booking.

If the stay is curtailed, the whole of the agreed price will be charged. For a booking with prepayment, no refund will be allowed in this case.
